Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with consumer legislation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item, a full refund will be issued. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for a full refund.
Complaints / Defective Products If the product has been in use and you discover a fault, we ask you to document the issue with a photo or video so that we can process your complaint. If the fault is approved, we will normally send a replacement product as soon as possible. A refund can only be given if delivery of a replacement or repair is not possible within a reasonable time. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks is not considered a fault and is not covered by the right to complain.
Customs & Import Duties Customs rates and fees may apply upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any import-related costs.
