Payment
Payment is charged immediately when placing an order through secure payment solutions. We accept payment via credit card, Google Pay, and Klarna. All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with consumer regulations. To use your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item, the full amount will be refunded. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned for a full refund.
Complaints / Defective Products
If the product has been used and you discover a defect, please document the issue with a photo or video so we can process your claim. If the defect is approved, we will normally send a replacement product as soon as possible. A refund can only be issued if delivery of a replacement or repair is not possible within a reasonable period. Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks is not considered a defect and is not covered by the right to make a claim.
Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any import-related costs.
